We use reputed courier companies to ship the material. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number with details of the service provider enabling you to track the order on their website.

In the event of any in-transit damage kindly do not accept the delivery. In the case of non-delivery / non visibility of tracking status kindly email the same to marketing@kalaakashi.com along with your address and order details and we will help in resolving the same. We don’t offer any replacements / refunds for shipping delays.

In the event of material lost in transit we will provide material FOC after we recover the same from the courier company.

We take utmost care to ensure you get a quality product from us. The generally accepted practice is to inspect the product prior to installations.

In the rare event of any printing / production error kindly email the same to marketing@kalaakashi.com stating the problem, attaching a photograph of the product, along with your address and order details and we will arrange to replace the material FOC within 2 weeks of receiving and validating the complaint. We don’t offer any replacements / refunds for colour variation, print resolutions or if the complaint is received after the product is installed.

Installation: We don’t undertake installation. These wallpapers come in panels with 1” overlap to create a seamless pattern or mural. They need to be affixed with wallpaper glue with overlap matching/ double-cutting. The installation surface needs to be smooth, sound, dry and defect free.

The product is not recommended for covering undulations, cracks, peels, leakage, moisture, or any defective surface.

Installation services can be obtained through wallpaper installers available locally.

Maintenance guide:Use a soft, dry cloth or a duster to gently remove dust from the surface. Sponge wipe, if necessary, with 1 % commercial detergent solution, do not scrub or use cloth. Allow for ventilation and drying when wipe cleaning to avoid moisture build-up. Never use harsh cleaners, ammonia cleaners, floor cleaners, window cleaners or any strong chemical as they will damage the print / surface.

Never use abrading tools / fabrics / scrub pads or abrasive material for cleaning as it will damage the print / surface. Keep sharp objects away from the surface to prevent scratches or punctures. Avoid scuff marks ensuring space between objects and the wall.
